Because the racial composition of the professional farmed animal protection movement is largely white, people of the global majority sometimes need spaces without white folks to reflect, heal, and build. To be clear: for the health and longevity of our movement, a dedicated global majority space isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s a must-have.
